Satellite 002 Services Power Outage! (Resolved)

    Dear Clients,

    As you maybe beware there has been a number of outages to our Satellite 002 services, Engineers are working with our supplier to resolve the problem as soon as possible.  It has been reconfirmed this is due to a power supply failure! The part is being fitted and service will return ASAP.

    On Sunday 24th August 2014 from 8am until 8pm

    Scheduled downtime! on the above date for upgrade of our centovacast from version 2 to version 3.1 and to do esssential security/hardware upgrades.

    Once the server is offline your stream/service will stop! for the designated time once they are back online you will notice alot of changes to the appearence and speed of centovacast and for those running autodj your files will be transferred over but you will need to do any scheduling yourselves and start your service your encoder passwords will match your admin passwords so you may need to change this if you want them to be different.

    If you have any concerns then please do get in touch with us via the support ticket system.  We can not change the above date and apologise in advance for any disruption this is going to cause you or your station.

  • On Wednesday 30th April support will be limited between 1pm - 10pm due to security patches being applied to our systems so receiving  a responce to a support ticket that you may have open between these times may result in a delayed responce.

  • Our engineers are currently working on north server 91.121.91.172 which got attacked in the night.  simplecast apologise for any disruption and aim to add new security features to the affected server we have no current time of fix but will keep you informed.

  • There is currently a network outage on all our streaming servers, engineers are currently looking in to issue… We will update this notice as soon as we get more info.

West server (Resolved)

  • Our engineers have identified a critical error on West server, we are currently working on this issue and it should be resolved shortly we apologise to any customers on our west server for the inconvenience.

Ioncube error on North & Shouth Servers (Resolved)

  • It has been reported clients are unable to login to the North & South Galaxy servers - Ioncbe error. Our Support staff are looking in to the problem and will report back here ASAP. Streaming is unaffected although some Auto DJ clients maybe offline, streaming live will fix this problem until we have resolved the current issue.


    All other Galaxy & Satan Servers are unaffected.
